ANGIE HILDING
Owner
Meet our Head Coach, Team Leader of Bridle Path Brats and innovative business owner of Bridle Path Quarter Horse Inc. Angie Hilding. She was raised in a rodeo family and has competed in rodeo as well as team roping herself. Her schedule doesn’t allow for much of her own competing now, as her time is dedicated to the success of the kiddos on her Bridle Path Brats rodeo team as well as the owning and managing of her business, Bridle Path Quarter Horse Inc. Along with operating horse sales and trail guided tours, she devotes her time annually to watch her Brat students become fierce competitors in the sport. Angie finds it so rewarding as an instructor to be along side her students whether it be teaching them proper horsemanship at Bridle Path, to their first time in the rodeo arena as a competitor.
One of her biggest passions is pairing up horses with the perfect individual in horse sales. She offers knowledge to perspective horse buyers to set them up with what they’re looking for. Whether is be a competitive horse or a good ol’ boy for the trails. Angie also takes pride in the same pairing of horses with her Brat team. As new students join each year, they are paired with their leased horse based on ability of rider and horse, as well as synchronizing personalities.
Angie has built a program that offers an opportunity one might not have had otherwise. She instills in each kiddo that has participated in the Brats program organization, proper dress code, uniformity at each event, facility cleanliness, respect of team mates and adults. She brings together a group of kids locally that has a passion for rodeo and mentoring them to be successful, responsible and goal driven mindset young adults. She is proud of each students achievements no matter how small.
